Do I need to install anything to use WealMD?
Nope! WealMD is 100% cloud-based. You just log in from any browser, on any device — no downloads or IT setup required.
Can I migrate my data from another platform?
Yes! We’ll work with you to safely transfer your data, whether it’s clients, notes, billing info, or forms. We try to make the switch as smooth as possible.
Is WealMD secure and HIPAA-compliant?
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted end-to-end and stored securely with HIPAA-compliant protocols. Role-based access keeps sensitive info locked down.
Can clients book their own appointments?
Yes. Your clients can self-book through a personalized portal — complete with your availability, appointment types, and reminders.
Can I set up recurring appointments?
Totally. Just pick the frequency (weekly, monthly, etc.), and we’ll auto-book it across your calendar.
Does WealMD work for multi-provider teams?
Absolutely. You can manage multiple calendars, assign appointments by role or provider, and set access levels for each team member.
Is telehealth included in all plans?
It’s included in our Professional and Enterprise plans. You can host secure, high-quality video sessions right inside WealMD — no extra software needed.
Do clients need to download anything for virtual sessions?
Nope! They just click the link and join from any browser, on any device. It’s super simple.
Can I accept online payments?
Yes! You can take payments via credit card, offer payment plans, and send invoices right from your calendar.
Does WealMD support insurance billing?
We don’t offer complete insurance billing as of now but you can generate CMS-1500 forms and manage claims directly from the system.
Can I set taxes and different payment types?
You bet. We support flexible payment options and tax rules that adapt to your business setup.
What kind of AI tools does WealMD offer?
Our AI assistant helps you document faster with smart note suggestions, auto-summarized session notes, and recommended billing codes. (Under Development)
Do I have to use the AI features?
Nope — they’re optional, but helpful. You can turn them on or off based on your workflow. (Under Development)
